Sealed before it leaves
Documents, file names, folder names and case names are encrypted directly in your browser before they are transmitted. What reaches KeepSealed is already encrypted, and we have no way to open it.
Private by design
KeepSealed is designed so that access to protected documents remains under the control of your firm and the people you authorize. KeepSealed has no way to open your documents.
Your documents remain private
Because your documents are encrypted before they reach us, we have no way to open them. We retain only the limited information necessary to operate the service, authenticate users and maintain the activity record.

Open a case
Create a case and organize documents into folders. Authorized members of your firm can work with the case directly from their browser.

Invite your client
Add your client’s email and mobile number. They receive an invitation email with a code, and sign in with that plus a verification code we text to their phone — on any device. No app to install.

Exchange documents
Share documents with your client or send a checklist of the documents you need. Clients can upload files or photos directly from their browser, and you can see each requested item as it arrives.

Document requests

An activity record you can rely on
Every upload, download, invitation and change of access is recorded in an append-only log. Each entry is chained to the one before it, so an edit or a deletion shows up when the log is checked.
Access you control
Only people your firm invites can join your firm’s KeepSealed, and each one must confirm a code sent to the email address you invited.
Remove access instantly
Take a client off a case, sign out a client’s lost phone, or remove a departing colleague. Their access ends immediately.
Recovery stays under your control
KeepSealed provides your firm with a secure recovery method so authorized administrators can restore access when necessary. KeepSealed has no way to use that recovery method to open your documents.
Notifications
Get a notification when a client is waiting or has uploaded documents, even when the KeepSealed tab is closed.
