Text messages

KeepSealed text messages

KeepSealed sends one-time verification codes by text message to clients of law firms that use KeepSealed. The code lets you sign in and see the documents your law firm shares with you. We send nothing else by text: no marketing and no promotions.

KeepSealed is a service of Get Safe Now LLC.

How you agree to receive codes

You choose to receive each code yourself, on KeepSealed’s sign-in screen.

  1. Open the invitation email your law firm sends you, or go to KeepSealed to sign in. The invitation and sign-in screens show the last four digits of the mobile number the code will go to.
  2. Just above the Send code button you see this notice:
    By selecting Send code, you agree to receive a one-time code by text from KeepSealed. Msg frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
  3. Select Send code. We text you a code only when you select Send code, or Resend code on the next screen.

The same notice appears each time you sign in, including on a new phone or computer. Your mobile number is the one your law firm has on file for you.

Example messages

Your KeepSealed invitation code for Smith Law is 270415. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out.
Your KeepSealed sign-in code for Smith Law is 481902. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out.
Your KeepSealed new-device code for Smith Law is 935260. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out.

How often

One message each time you ask for a code, for each law firm you use KeepSealed with. Message frequency varies with how often you sign in.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Stop and help

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number

We use your mobile number only to send your verification codes. Codes are delivered through our text-message provider, Infobip. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
